How to Manage Feedback

The Feedback feature lets you collect and track client feedback, testimonials, and satisfaction ratings — helping you improve your services.

Accessing Feedback

Navigate to Feedback in the sidebar. You'll see all feedback entries with their client, rating, and date.

Creating a Feedback Entry

Click "New Feedback" and fill in:

  • Client — Who provided the feedback.
  • Project (optional) — Which project the feedback relates to.
  • Rating — Satisfaction score.
  • Comments — The client's feedback text.
  • Date — When the feedback was received.

Using Feedback

  • Track client satisfaction over time.
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Use positive feedback as testimonials.
  • See average ratings per client or project.
💡 Tip:

Request feedback at key milestones — after project completion, invoice payment, or contract renewal — to get timely and relevant responses.
