1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using clientfam, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer rights.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use clientfam for personal or commercial business management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in clientfam
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in clientfam. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive license needed to host, copy, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, temporary backup copies, and information that has been irreversibly anonymized.

6. Data Protection and Customer Responsibilities

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you add information about clients, employees, or other people, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and authority to do so and are responsible for required notices and permissions. Using clientfam does not transfer ownership of your data to us or surrender your legal rights in that data.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use clientfam:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or viruses
• To spam or harass other users
• To impersonate any person or entity

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, clientfam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably possible. Deletion is subject to the retention, backup, legal, fraud-prevention, and anonymization terms described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Preservation of Rights

Using clientfam does not give us ownership of your business records or personal data and does not mean you give up statutory privacy, access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, complaint, or consumer rights. These rights may vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or security practices. We will post the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes when required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have under applicable law.
