How to Manage Contracts
The Contracts page lets you view, edit, and track all your client agreements in one place.
Viewing Contracts
Navigate to Contracts in the sidebar. You'll see a list of all contracts with their client, status, value, and dates.
Contract Statuses
- Draft — Not yet shared with the client.
- Sent — Shared via the client portal.
- Acknowledged — Client has acknowledged/accepted the contract.
- Expired — Past the end date.
- Cancelled — Contract voided.
Editing a Contract
Click on a contract to view its details, then click "Edit" to update the title, content, dates, or value.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find contracts by title, client name, or content. Filter by status to focus on active, draft, or expired contracts.
Deleting Contracts
Click "Delete" to soft-delete a contract. It will be removed from the list but can be recovered if needed.
💡 Tip:
Keep contracts organized by linking them to specific projects. This makes it easy to find the contract associated with any engagement.
