How to Manage Your Profile
Your profile contains your personal information, preferences, and security settings. These apply across all workspaces you belong to.
Accessing Your Profile
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and select "Profile", or go directly to /profile.
Profile Information
You can update the following personal details:
- Name — Your display name shown in workspace member lists and activity logs.
- Phone Number — Optional contact number.
- Timezone — Set your timezone so that dates and times appear correctly throughout the system.
- Language — Choose your preferred interface language (English, German, or Spanish).
- Theme — Switch between Light and Dark mode to match your preference.
Profile Sections
Your profile page has several tabs:
- Profile — Basic info and preferences (described above).
- Email — Change your email address.
- Password — Update your password.
- Notifications — Configure notification preferences.
- Sessions — View and manage active sessions on your account.
Saving Changes
After making changes to any profile section, click "Save" or "Update" to apply them. A confirmation message will appear if the update was successful.
