How to Manage Scheduled Reports

Scheduled reports are automatically generated and emailed to you at regular intervals — so you always have fresh data without manually running reports.

Creating a Scheduled Report

Navigate to Scheduled Reports and click "New Schedule".

  • Report Type — Which report to generate (Revenue, Expenses, P&L, etc.).
  • Frequency — How often (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Recipients — Email addresses to send the report to.
  • Filters — Narrow the report scope (date range, client, etc.).

Managing Schedules

  • Edit — Update frequency, recipients, or filters.
  • Pause/Resume — Temporarily stop sending.
  • Delete — Remove the schedule.

Delivery

Reports are sent as email attachments (PDF) at the scheduled time. Make sure your email settings are configured correctly.

Set up a monthly revenue report to automatically arrive on the 1st of each month — great for keeping stakeholders informed without manual effort.
