How to Use Reports

Reports give you detailed insights into your business performance — revenue, expenses, profitability, task completion, and more.

Accessing Reports

Click "Reports" in the sidebar. Choose from various report types to analyze different aspects of your business.

Available Report Types

  • Revenue Report — Income from invoices by period, client, or project.
  • Expense Report — Spending breakdown by category, client, or project.
  • Profit & Loss — Revenue minus expenses for a clear profitability picture.
  • Invoice Aging — Outstanding invoices grouped by how long they've been unpaid.
  • Task Report — Task completion rates, overdue tasks, and team workload.
  • Client Report — Revenue and activity summary per client.

Filtering Reports

Customize reports with filters:

  • Date range — Focus on a specific period.
  • Client — Filter by a single client.
  • Project — Filter by project.
  • Category — For expense reports.

Exporting Reports

Click "Export" or "Download PDF" to save report data for offline analysis or sharing with stakeholders.

Set up scheduled reports to receive reports automatically via email on a regular basis.
