How to Use clientfam on Mobile
clientfam adjusts its navigation and forms for smaller screens so common work stays quick and readable on your phone.
Moving Around the App
The bottom navigation keeps your most common destinations within reach. The links you see depend on your workspace access.
- Today opens the dashboard with urgent and overdue work shown first.
- Tasks, Clients, and Invoices open their main lists when you have access to them.
- More opens the rest of the areas available to you.
Finding and Selecting Records
List pages keep search visible and place extra filters in the options control.
- Type in search to narrow the current list.
- Choose Select when you need to work with several records at once.
- When you return from a record, the page restores your previous position when possible.
Completing Forms
Important fields appear first. Optional fields may be grouped under More details. If a required field needs attention, its section opens automatically.
Recovering a Saved Draft
Supported forms save your changes in the browser while you type. When you return, choose Restore draft to continue or Discard draft to start again.
- A draft belongs to the same user, workspace, browser, and form where it was created.
- Saved drafts remain available for up to seven days and are removed after a successful submission.
- Files and passwords are never stored in a recovered draft. Select any attachment again before submitting.
Adding an Expense Receipt
For a one time expense, attach a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF up to 10 MB. Your phone may let you take a photo or choose an existing file. Receipt attachments are not available for recurring expense schedules.
Working With a Weak Connection
An offline message appears when your device loses its connection. Wait until you are online before submitting changes. A saved browser draft can help you return to supported forms without retyping their text fields.
Use the More button for less frequent areas and secondary page actions. This keeps the main navigation focused on everyday work.
