How to Create a Milestone
Milestones (also called deliverables) represent major work items or phases within a project. They can be linked to invoices and proposals to track what's been delivered and paid for.
Step 1: Navigate to Milestones
Click "Milestones" in the sidebar under Delivery, then click "New Milestone".
Step 2: Fill in Milestone Details
- Name (required) — A clear name for the milestone (e.g. "Website Design", "Phase 1 Development").
- Project (required) — Select the project this milestone belongs to.
- Amount — The monetary value of this milestone. Used for invoice linking and payment tracking.
- Status — Current status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.).
- Due Date — When this milestone is expected to be delivered.
- Description — Details about the deliverables and scope of this milestone.
Step 3: Save
Click "Create Milestone". The milestone is added to the selected project and can now be linked to invoices and proposals.

💡 Tip:
Milestones appear on the Calendar when they have a due date, and are visible to clients in the Client Portal.
