How to Manage Workspace Settings

Workspace settings control the basic information and configuration for your workspace. Only workspace owners and admins can access these settings.

Accessing Workspace Settings

Navigate to Workspace → Settings from the sidebar, or go directly to your workspace settings page. You'll see several sections you can configure.

General Settings

  • Workspace Name — Update the display name of your workspace.
  • Description — Add or edit a description that helps identify this workspace.
  • Default Currency — Set the currency used for invoices, proposals, and financial reports.
  • Date Format — Choose how dates are displayed across the workspace.

Notification Settings

Admins can configure workspace-wide notification preferences:

  • Enable/Disable All Notifications — Toggle workspace-wide notifications on or off.
  • Notification Types — Choose which events trigger notifications (e.g. only for "create" actions, or for all actions).

Feature Settings

Depending on your plan, you can enable or disable specific features for the workspace. This keeps the interface clean by hiding features you don't use.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the settings page, you'll find options that require caution:

  • Transfer Ownership — Hand over workspace ownership to another member.
  • Delete Workspace — Permanently delete the workspace and all its data. This action cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important:

Deleting a workspace removes all clients, projects, invoices, and other data permanently. Make sure to export any data you need before deleting.
