How to Mark an Invoice as Paid (Client)
Clients can mark invoices as paid directly from the Client Portal after they've made payment. This notifies the workspace owner and updates the invoice status.
Step 1: Log into the Portal
Visit the portal link provided by your service provider and complete the email verification.
Step 2: Find the Invoice
Navigate to the invoices section and click on the invoice you've paid.
Step 3: Click "Mark as Paid"
Click the "Mark as Paid" button on the invoice detail page.
What Happens
- The invoice status is updated to reflect the payment.
- The workspace owner receives a notification.
- The payment is logged with the current date and time.
- The billing dashboard reflects the updated payment.
⚠️ Note:
Marking an invoice as paid in the portal is a notification to the workspace owner. The owner may verify payment before finalizing the status.
