How to View Invoices in the Client Portal
Clients can view all invoices shared with them through the Client Portal. This guide explains what clients see and how invoices appear.
Accessing Invoices
After logging into the portal, clients see their invoices listed with:
- Invoice number
- Date issued and due date
- Total amount
- Status (Sent, Paid, Overdue, etc.)
Viewing Invoice Details
Click on any invoice to see the full details, including all line items, quantities, rates, taxes, subtotals, and the grand total. Any notes from the workspace owner are also visible.
Marking an Invoice as Paid
Clients can click "Mark as Paid" to indicate they've made payment. This updates the status and notifies the workspace owner. See How to Mark an Invoice as Paid for details.
