How to Use the Client Portal
The Client Portal is a secure, token-based interface where your clients can view invoices, proposals, contracts, project updates, and milestones — all without needing a full account.
How It Works
Each client with portal access receives a unique link. When they visit the link, they go through a two-step verification:
- Visit the portal link.
- Receive a 6-digit verification code via email.
- Enter the code to access their portal.
What Clients Can See
- Invoices — View all sent invoices, see amounts and due dates, mark as paid.
- Proposals — Review proposals and accept or decline them.
- Contracts — Read contract terms and acknowledge them.
- Milestones — Track project deliverable progress.
- Project Updates — Read updates posted by the workspace team.
Portal Languages
The portal supports multiple languages (English, German, Spanish). The language is set in the portal URL.
Setting Up Portal Access
To give a client portal access, you need to send them a portal link. You can also revoke access at any time.
💡 Tip:
The portal uses double verification (link + email code) for security. Clients don't need passwords — just their email address.
