How to Resend Your Activation Code
When you register for a retaincoda account, an activation email with a 6-digit code is sent to your email address. If you didn't receive it or the code has expired, you can easily request a new one.
Step 1: Go to the Activation Page
After registering, you're automatically taken to the activation page. If you've navigated away, you can return by trying to log in — the system will redirect you to the activation page if your account isn't activated yet.
Step 2: Click "Resend Code"
On the activation page, click the "Resend Activation Code" link. A new 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Open your inbox and look for the new activation email. Enter the 6-digit code in the activation field and click "Activate".
Troubleshooting
If you still don't receive the email:
- Check your spam/junk folder — Automated emails sometimes get filtered.
- Wait a few minutes — Email delivery can take 1–5 minutes depending on your provider.
- Verify the email address — Make sure you registered with the correct email. If you made a typo, you'll need to create a new account with the correct email.
- Contact support — If none of the above works, create a support ticket and we'll help you manually.
Activation codes expire after a limited time for security reasons. If your code has expired, simply click "Resend Code" to get a fresh one.
