How to Login
Once your account has been created and activated, you can log in to retaincoda at any time to access your workspaces, clients, projects, and financial data.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit /login or click the "Login" button in the top navigation bar of the retaincoda homepage.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
On the login page, enter:
- Email Address — The email you registered with.
- Password — Your account password.
Step 3: Click "Login"
After entering your credentials, click the "Login" button. If successful, you'll be taken to your Dashboard or workspace selector (if you have multiple workspaces).
What If Login Fails?
Common issues and how to fix them:
- "Invalid email or password" — Double-check for typos in both fields. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- "Account not activated" — You need to activate your account first. Check your email for the activation code or resend it.
- Forgot your password? — Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset your password.
Session and Security
retaincoda maintains secure sessions. Here's what to know:
- Your session stays active as long as your browser is open. After a period of inactivity, you may be asked to log in again.
- You can view and manage all your active sessions from Profile → Sessions.
- If you're logging in from a shared or public computer, always log out when you're done using the account menu in the top-right corner.

Use a password manager to store your retaincoda credentials securely. This prevents forgotten passwords and keeps your account safe.
