How to Use the Activity Log

The Activity Log tracks every action taken in your workspace — creating, updating, deleting, and sharing records. It serves as a comprehensive audit trail for your team.

Accessing the Activity Log

Navigate to Activity Log in the sidebar. The page shows a chronological feed of all workspace activity.

What's Tracked

  • Created — New clients, invoices, tasks, projects, etc.
  • Updated — Status changes, edits, and modifications.
  • Deleted — Removed records.
  • Sent — Invoices, proposals, and contracts shared with clients.
  • Login/Auth — User login and authentication events.

Each Entry Shows

  • Who performed the action (user).
  • What type of record was affected.
  • What action was taken.
  • When it happened (timestamp).
  • Additional details about the change.

Filtering the Log

Use filters to narrow down the activity feed:

  • Filter by user to see a specific team member's actions.
  • Filter by resource type to see all invoice or task activity.
  • Filter by date range to review a specific period.
💡 Tip:

The Activity Log is also shown on the Dashboard as "Recent Activity" — providing a quick overview of what's happening in your workspace.
