How to Use the Notifications Center

The Notifications Center keeps you informed about important events in your workspace — new invoices, task assignments, client actions, and more.

Accessing Notifications

Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar. A badge shows the number of unread notifications. The dropdown shows recent notifications, and you can click "View All" to see the full list.

Types of Notifications

  • Task assigned — When a task is assigned to you.
  • Invoice paid — When a client marks an invoice as paid.
  • Proposal accepted/declined — When a client responds to a proposal.
  • Contract acknowledged — When a client acknowledges a contract.
  • Comment or update — When someone adds comments or updates.
  • Approval required — When an item needs your approval.

Managing Notifications

  • Mark as read — Click on a notification to mark it as read.
  • Mark all as read — Clear all unread notifications.
  • Click to navigate — Clicking a notification takes you to the related item.

Notification Settings

Control which notifications you receive in your notification settings. You can enable or disable specific types of notifications.

Check notifications regularly to stay on top of client actions and team activity. The bell badge gives you a quick indicator of pending items.
