How to Generate Proposal PDF
Generate a professional PDF version of any proposal for downloading, printing, or sending manually to your client.
Step 1: Open the Proposal
Navigate to Proposals and click on the proposal you want to generate a PDF for.
Step 2: Click "Download PDF"
On the proposal detail page, click the "PDF" or "Download PDF" button. The system generates the document and your browser downloads it automatically.
What's Included in the PDF
- Your business name, logo, and contact details (from billing settings).
- Client name and address.
- Proposal number, date, and valid-until date.
- All line items with descriptions, quantities, rates, and taxes.
- Subtotal, tax breakdown, and grand total.
- Any notes or terms you added.
💡 Tip:
If the PDF doesn't include your logo, make sure you've uploaded one in Billing Settings.
