How to Use the Billing Dashboard
The Billing Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your workspace's financial health — including revenue, outstanding invoices, expenses, and profit margins.
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to Billing or Finance Dashboard in the sidebar. The page displays key financial metrics and charts.
Key Metrics
- Total Revenue — Sum of all paid invoices.
- Outstanding — Total amount of unpaid invoices.
- Overdue — Amount past due date.
- Total Expenses — Sum of all logged expenses.
- Net Profit — Revenue minus expenses.
Revenue Charts
The dashboard includes visual charts showing revenue trends over time, helping you identify seasonal patterns, growth, and any dips in income.

From the billing dashboard you can quickly jump to:
- Unpaid invoices that need attention.
- Overdue invoices requiring follow-up.
- Recent expenses.
- Recurring invoice schedules.

For detailed financial analysis, use the Reports feature which provides breakdowns by client, project, time period, and more.
